1. You agree that by contacting and submitting your PII that you consent to communication via telephone calls or text messages using any automatic telephone dialing system(s), artificial voice(s), pre-recorded call(s), and/or pre-recorded voice(s) (in each case to your mobile, home and/or office phone numbers), email blasts and otherwise by postal mail. 

2. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that your PII will be used by us and third parties, to contact you for advertising, marketing, reminders and other commercial purposes, including without limitation by any means laid out above in 1. 

3. At any point you will have the option to opt out of future marketing, unsubscribe and ask to be removed from the list. You can email info@moveinlistingservice.com requesting this removal. We have no control over third parties, you must contact each such third party direct in order to request your PII be removed by them. 

4. You acknowledge and agree that we may sell your PII or otherwise transfer our contact list to certain third parties, and such third parties may contact you to solicit your business or otherwise by any means laid out above in 1.

1. By signing the App Agreement the User declares that the User has all necessary rights, permissions, licenses and other authority to use customer data as anticipated under these Terms.

2. SECRHA LLC does not claim copyright to any data input by the User, and shall not be held liable for the User’s data on the App.

3. SECRHA, LLC have reasonable safeguards in place to protect all data stored and used within the App.

4. By signing the App Agreement the User consents to communication via telephone calls or text messages using any automatic telephone dialing system(s), artificial voice(s), pre-recorded call(s), and/or pre-recorded voice(s) (in each case to your mobile, home and/or office phone numbers), email blasts and otherwise by postal mail. SECRHA, LLC acquires no right, title or interest from the User under these Terms in or to User data, including any intellectual property rights therein.

5. Without limiting the foregoing, the User agrees that the User’s data and all data entered into the App will be used by SECRHA, LLC and third parties, for advertising, marketing, reminders and other commercial purposes, including without limitation by any means laid out above. The User grants SECRHA, LLC the right to use non-customer specific aggregated data to create business and best practice metrics.

6. GDPR Compliance (European NON-USA). By signing this Agreement and by accessing the Subscription, the User agrees that the Service provided by SECRHA, LLC, will not be used to collect personal information of any individual residing within the European Union (or cause any of your employees, independent contractors, or affiliates to do so) without first obtaining the express written consent of such individual. The User must comply with the requirements of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”). Should the User violate GDPR whilst using the Service, the User agrees to indemnify SECRHA, LLC against all actions, costs and liabilities incurred.

7. CCPA Compliance. By signing the App Agreement and by accessing the Subscription, the User agrees to comply with all requirements of the CCPA when collecting personal information of any individual residing under the CCPA, including but not limited to; notice rights, data portability rights, deletion rights, opt-out rights and non-discrimination rights.

8. SECRHA, LLC reserves the right to remove information and edits within the User’s App if it is deemed as (a) offensive, immoral, obscene, illegal or likely to incite or encourage illegal or dangerous acts, or (b) harmful to the reputation of SECRHA, LLC or hinder its ability to provide services to others. SECRHA, LLC has sole discretion over this decision, with the User having the right to request information regarding the decision.
